When I began my college education, I rediscovered my creative writing skills, and was going to continue my efforts until i mastered and perfected them. since my rehabilitation, I have always held high goals, so I began writing, watching films from the masters, and reading comics from the best. I really didn't get serious with my life until September 11, 2001. Sure, I was writing some, a poem here and there, maybe song lyrics, some amature short Batman scripts, but when that day happened, sure enough, somehow, everything came together when I dared myself to do what I believe, Marvel had failed to do.
A month after all of the chaos, it released an issue of Spider-man with these words over and over again, we wish we were there, falling into what terrorism wants chaos, dispair. I wanted to give a message completely opposite, the only thing was i used Marvel, DC, and Image characters to do it, something that would be a huge legal battle, so I took some advice, and developed Fearsome Flyer. With his logo tattooed to my arm, one can tell i am serious. At San Diego State, I was lucky enough to learn screenwriting from a professional and co-writer of the original Alien movie. His advice led to a Fearsome Flyer Feature trilogy inspired by the editing and fomat style Terintino did in Kill Bill.
That is when I discovered comic book writing, and during my journey, I wanted things different. A majority of my powerful lead characters are female. I guess you can say i have a femanist side, but truly, i think it was of the tramendous influence of being raised mostly by females. the traditional comic book salution to attaining expensive technology has always been having an extremely wealthy superhero, Marvel's Iron Man, the salution to many dead ends in Marvel story telling, or DC's billion dollsr badass, Batman. I wanted to be more realistic, between a deal with the devil and a forced technological partnership,Ii give you the ark of Comic Invasion.
